I am very pleased with the whole process of this loan from Barrett Financial. Carmen Cipolone and his staff were wonderful. They foresaw possible obstacles and addressed them so the process would move smoothe. They were prompt on answering questions and returning phone calls. Carmen is very knowledgeable and well versed in all varieties of loans. I used Carmen years ago and followed up with him on a previous loan question. I had received a check in the mail about a year ago and it didn't state what it was for, just an over payment. Carmen followed up and answered my question. So when this loan arose I went straight to KNOWLEDGEABLE Carmen. I would never go to anyone else in the future, he was GREAT!!!!!
Robert st john is great. He helped us get our mortgage and a lower interest rate than was available shopping around. He helped us close our house and get money back somehow. We had the choice of putting the cash towards the loan but the payment is almost the same so we chose to take a good amount of cash back to put towards furniture. We refinanced with him almost a year later and he got us money back again and a much lower payment. Great service and made the process very easy both times. Thanks robert
